Who we are
Young in Data Center Norway was founded in 2026 with a simple observation: Norway's data centre industry is growing very fast, but the next generation of professionals had no dedicated space to connect, learn, and build relationships across company lines.
YiDC Norway fills that gap. We are an independent network, not tied to any single company or association. We operate in English to reflect the international nature of the industry we work in.
What we do
We run events where people actually talk to each other. We create space for knowledge sharing across seniority levels and company types. We amplify the voice of the next generation in industry conversations.
Who we are for
Anyone under 40 working in or around the Norwegian data centre value chain. That includes operators, developers, construction, OEMs, power and grid, legal, finance, sustainability, and public sector. If your work touches data centres in Norway, you belong here.
Independence
YiDC Norway is member-driven and sponsor-supported. Our founding sponsor and host is Bulk Infrastructure. Editorial direction and programming belong to the board.
