Olaf AB Styrmoe
ChairOlaf works as Program Coordinator at Bulk Infrastructure and initiated YiDC Norway in 2026. His background spans project governance, infrastructure development, and industrial economics.
He holds a MSc in industrial economy from NTNU.
Rikard Schuitema Lappegård
Board Member, LegalRikard is a Senior Associate at Schjødt, one of Norway's leading law firms. He brings legal and commercial expertise from the data centre and real estate sector.
Ina Hansen Ofte
Board Member, Policy & IndustryIna works in administration and communications at NDI, the Norwegian Data Center Industry association. She connects YiDC Norway to the broader industry landscape.

Eirik Frogner
Board MemberEirik works as a Management Consultant at Metier, supporting clients across the data centre industry within project management, business analysis, and business development.
He holds a MSc in Business Analysis and Performance Management from NHH.
Maciej Pulit
Board MemberMaciej is Business Development Director at FORCES DC, providing skilled workforce for the construction phase of data centre projects across the Nordics. A hands-on industry connector and community builder, he also produces NDC TV and co-organises key data centre events in Norway.
